63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course
This is the course — required by the State of Florida — that you must take before being licensed to sell real estate.

TUITION is $220.00 — Includes textbook
Cash, credit card, or pre-approved check.

  • Call Kathy Climer, Administrator at 407-822-3926 to reserve a seat. Please have card available for a $40.00 non-refundable deposit.
  • After the $40.00 deposit, the balance ($180.00) is due at the door on the first day of class.
  • Florida law requires all real estate sales associate and broker applicants to have fingerprints done electronically. Electronic fingerprinting can be reserved from PearsonVUE, Inc. and the $56.25 fee paid for through www.pearsonvue.com or by calling (877) 238-8232.
  • Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom.

ONLINE TUITION: $199

With Online Learning, you learn by computer, over the internet. You choose the hours of the day that you have available for learning.

The lessons are text-based (not video). A high level of self-direction is required, though assistance during instruction is available by email from Ron Climer, Instructor. After enrolling, if you need help with the content, send an email to instructor@climerrealestateschool.com.
